Putteridge Bury is a neo-Elizabethan manor house built in 1911 with beautiful grounds and reflecting pool.
It is situated in picturesque parkland between Luton & Hitchin and enjoys a delightfully rural environment just 5 miles from the centre of Hitchin and Luton and perfect for our family films which will be shown within the walled garden.
The house was initially home to several families and frequently visited by royalty before it was acquired by the government during World War II. Since the 1960’s the house has been used for educational purposes and is currently owned by the University of Bedfordshire and used as a dedicated Conference and Wedding venue. The venue is used extensively by both public and private sectors and hosts exclusive weddings throughout the year.
Film details and dates for our ‘Before Sundown films to follow soon.
