Sundown Cinema Gift Vouchers
Gift a summer experience so your loved ones have an event to look forward to in 2022. Valid for any Sundown Cinema open air screening, the recipient chooses the film title, date and location that suits them.
How to redeem a gift voucher
Please note that the vouchers do not guarantee availability so you are encouraged to book early.
To redeem Virgin Experience vouchers
To redeem your voucher:
Step 1: Visit the venue section of the website – or the buy tickets section to see what’s on
Step 2: Browse the films and venues and choose one that you’d like to see
Step 3: Drop us a line at experience@sundowncinema.co.uk with your film choice, venue, voucher number and PIN
Step 4: We’ll email your tickets to you.
The voucher cannot be used to purchase food, drink, other gift vouchers or used for sundry items like bean bags, though these can always be added when you book your ticket – as can additional tickets.
In the event of an event being cancelled the voucher will be valid for a further year.
The voucher cannot be reissued if you decide not to use the ticket, or book and then chooses not to attend. If your voucher has expired you will need to contact Virgin Experiences to extend it.
